KUSMI -
is the only ancient tea firm
still in existence making the original Russian blends of the
last century. Offered in their original pre-Bolshevik
Revolution packaging. KUSMI teas are widely
appreciated in Europe, as they were in Russian, for their
delicacy an aroma. In Russia, where tea drinking is a
near religion, teas have traditionally been savored without
milk or lemon. This "orthodox" form is still the best
way to judge quality.
Choice Leaves and Scents
The exceptional quality of KUSMI teas begins
with choice big leaf teas from selected tea gardens in
Ceylon, India, Java and China. The proprietary Russian
blends are then scented with aromatics, the subtle dosage
essential to their unique aroma and flavor.
 The
scents originate in Grasse, the famous French flower center
know for its naturally aromatic essences. These are
more expensive, but are uniquely refined and give KUSMI teas
their characteristic taste.

Which "Invade" tea flavor are used. The
expertise with which KUSMI blends keeps the flavors
distinctions avoiding reactions between oils which can cause
a sour taste common in lesser "curves". Thus Russian

revolution. Established in France in 1920, the firm
