What is Dulce de Leche?

Dulce de Leche (pronounced dulza day lechay) is a source of pleasure, that is to be savoured slowly. It has all the strength and sweetness of the Argentine pampas.

Our "Dulce de Leche" is made of the top quality raw materials, where the principal ingredient is the milk itself. After milking our cows, our daily milk production is used immediately for the production of Dulce de Leche without passing through tanks, trucks or storage areas where it could spoil. 
Dulce de Leche is made by blending together hot milk, sugar, vanilla and sodium bicarbonate. It is an ideal source of nourishment for kids and teenagers because it provides energy.

How to enjoy or Dulce de Leche

Dulce de Leche is very practical, full of nourishment and can be eaten alone or spread on bread with butter (like peanut butter or hazelnut cream).

It is ideal for:

  • Topping for ice cream and fruit

  • Making cakes and pastries
