  • Campo Corto - by Badia a Coltibuono, unfiltered and organic like Albereto, is produced entirely from Frantoio olives, the estate's most pungent and long-lived variety.  Robust Campo Corto, Coltibuono's oil for exotic vegetables, flavorful bread, roasts, game, mushrooms.
     

  • Tenuta del Numerouno - unfiltered EVOO from the southwestern Tuscany seaside estate of Countess Romana Bicocchi Pichi.  Naturally low in acidity, Numerouno is exceptionally dense and fruity, prized for complexity, sublety and mildness among Tuscan oils.
     

  • Ravida - rustic, fruity and intense, Ravida Sicilian extra virgin is fragrant with an aroma of tomato skins and tastes like new mown grass.  Produced at LaGurra, the 16th century farmhouse of the Ravida family, Sicilian nobles since the 1300's, their olive trees are 300 years old in the heart of the grove.
     

  • Colonna - Princess Marina Colonna personally produces her extra virgin olive oil and oils directly pressed with organic Sicilian fruits (lemon, orange, tangerine) on the family farm in southeastern Italy's unspoiled Molise region.  Unfiltered, labeled and sealed by hand in Colonna's unique decanter or handsome 500ml square bottles, (extra virgin and Granverde lemon).
     

  • De Medici Gastronomia - produced from hand picked Taggiasca olives exclusively in Liguria, the Italian Riviera , De Medici Gastronomia offers delicate fruity extra virgin and extra virgin infused with white truffles.  Steeped in the oil for 24 days, the truffle perfume is pungent and woodsy but not overwhelming.  Soon to be offered in a single serving 30ml package.
