Badia a Coltibuono vinegar is made with red wine specially selected from the Coltibuono estate located in the heart of the Chianti Classico appellation. Reflecting the owner's vast experience in the field of fermentation, the vinegar is allowed to filter through wood shavings impregnated with vinegar culture - a natural process in keeping with the best Tuscan wines. The vinegar has a pronounced lively aroma and robust, sharp, yet appealing taste.
