Castelas Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Years ago Catherine and Jean-Benoit Hugues decided to dedicate themselves to their passion for olive trees and Castelas - a new kind of genuine Provencal oil - was born. The 90 acre olive grove located in the Vallée des Baux in Provence carries the French A.O.C. designation for olive oils (The A.O.C. label identifies agricultural products which derive their authenticity and distinctive character from their geographic origins). On this family-run farm, the olives are hand-harvested early, immediately custom cold pressed and blended to create an exciting palate bursting with complex flavors that are an exquisite expression of Provencal sun and soil.
