TerraMater avocado oil is made from the ripe pulp of Chilean-grown Hass avocados. The superb climate and soil of Chile's Maipo Valley produces avocados of exceptional quality and taste. Manually harvested from November 15 to December 15, the tender fruit is carefully processed using cold extraction methods to preserve the integrity of the oil - its low acidity level qualifies as "extra virgin." Oil with deep green color and vital palate, TerraMater offers a delicate avocado flavor with nutty richness. Bottled in dark glass to guarantee freshness.
