Gremolata with Sea Salt
A classic Italian finish for pasta, stews, and vegetables, this fresh herby seasoning blends three simple ingredients: parsley, lemon and garlic with sea salt. Try it on roasted potatoes, grilled vegetables, seafood or chicken.
- ½ cup flat-leaf (Italian) parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon rind, freshly grated
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Ravida Sea Salt to taste
- Combine above ingredients and serve within 1 hour.
