Swiss Chard and Cannellini Beans with Provencal Aromatic Oil Vegetables with Flavored Oils

  • 1 bunch red or green Swiss chard, washed and trimmed, coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups cooked Cannellini beans, if using canned beans rinse and drain
  • 3 tbsp. Moulins de la Brague Aromatic Oil
  • Sea salt to taste
  1. In large skillet, place ½ cup water and bring to boil. Add chard, reduce heat, cover and cook until just tender. Add beans and heat through.
  2. To serve, place vegetables on platter and drizzle while hot with aromatic oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
