At De Medici Imports our main goal is customer satisfaction. We strive to ensure that your order is carefully checked and packaged to arrive in pristine condition. However, if you are not happy with the product that you have received, or if the product has arrived damaged or spoiled, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue to your satisfaction. To help us process your order, please include the order number as it appears on your invoice, the order date, the name of the product you wish to return and the reason you wish to return it. At this time we can only accept returns of unopened merchandise in its original packaging, unless the product is defective or spoiled. Customer will pay for return shipping except in the case of damaged goods.

Please do not ship returned product to De Medici Imports without prior approval or contacting a customer service representative. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

Once your return has been authorized, please send your purchase and receipt to our Return Department to receive a credit to original form of tender. Refunds for the purchase price of the merchandise in addition to any taxes you were charged will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow a minimum of 14 business days for us to receive and process your return. Adjustments to your credit card should appear within two billing cycles. De Medici does not refund original shipping charges associated with your order. If you cancel your order after the item(s) has shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.
