Balsamic adds a twist to classic cocktails

Here are a few ideas on using it in cocktails: substitute Angostura Bitters for balsamic for great results. Create a smooth and bracing Espresso martini by adding balsamic into the mix. The Spritz is all the rage right now; balsamic adds a touch of depth to this refreshing drink.
