- 1 avocado
- 4 oz. cottage cheese or ricotta
- Szechuan pepper, crushed or milled black pepper, to taste
- Sea salt, to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon each flax and chia seeds
Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 1 SERVING
- Halve the avocado.
- Remove the pit and skin.
- Slice each half lengthwise into 4 pieces.
- Drizzle with the Granverde oil and season with a bit of salt and pepper.
- Top with cottage cheese and another drizzle of oil, and a bit more salt and pepper.
- Scatter the seeds on top.
