BLACK RICE, CHICKPEA and FAVA BEAN GRAIN BOWL

Make the Grain Bowl

  • Cook rice with packaging directions.
  • Finely chop the shallot
  • Blanch the beans or peas till they are bright green. Put in ice water.
  • In a bowl add rice and mix in spices, shallot, chickpeas, blanched peas or fava beans.
  • Add EVOO and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with Microgreens and Tzatzki.
