Caprese Salad



Time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4-6 SERVINGS
  • Cut the large tomatoes into 8 wedges.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes.
  • Combine the tomatoes and the basil leaves in a serving bowl.
  • Add the basil olive oil and tomato fruit vinegar.
  • With your hand, gently mix everything together.
  • Squeeze the tomatoes a bit to release some of their juices.
  • Cut the mozzarella into bite-sized chunks and add them to the tomatoes.
  • Gently toss together.
  • Season to taste with freshly milled pepper and fleur de sel.
