- We are serving Entremont Comté AOC, an Alpine style cow’s milk cheese from the Jura with a soft young Chèvre and a sheep’s milk Roquefort AOC rounded out with saucisson sec and saucisson a l’ail. Put out crusty bread, assorted olives (Lucques, Picholine, Niçoise...) and mixed summer berries. Accompany it all with 776 Thyme Honey and A L’Olivier Lavender infused EVOO.
