- 1 oz A L’ Oliver Citron Pamplemousse / Lemon Grapefruit Fruit Vinegar
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz gin
- 2 oz sparkling water (a French brand would be appropriate)
- Lemon peel skewered on the Tricolore
Time: 5 minutes
Make the cocktail
- Add the fruit vinegar and the simple syrup in a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour in the gin and stir.
- Top off the drink with sparkling water.
