
Ingredients:
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
- 1 ½ tablespoons Espirit du Sel Grey Sea Salt Spiced Peppers Blend{ESP023Z)
- 4 ears corn, shucked
Preparation:

- Preheat grill to medium heat. Blend the butter and the spiced salt. Lay each ear on a piece of foil. Spread each ear with a tablespoon of butter. Wrap them up good and tight. Reserve the extra butter to serve at the table. Grill the corn over medium heat. Roll them around every five minutes for a total cooking time of 15 minutes.
