Ingredients:
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 oz. chopped dark chocolate
- Pinch of salt
- Dark chocolate for melting
- Chopped hazelnuts
Preparation:
Time: 20 minutes + freezing time
Yield: 8 ice pops
- Heat up the evaporated milk with a pinch of salt until it begins to simmer.
- Then, pour in the Amedei Crema and dark chocolate.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes covered. Then mix together until the mixture is homogeneous.
- Divide the chocolate mixture among the popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. Once the popsicles are completely frozen, remove them from the molds, dip them in some melted chocolate, and top with chopped hazelnuts. Place the popsicles on a tray in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
