Dreamy Hazelnut Ice Pops

Preparation:

Time: 20 minutes + freezing time
Yield: 8 ice pops
  • Heat up the evaporated milk with a pinch of salt until it begins to simmer.
  • Then, pour in the Amedei Crema and dark chocolate.
  • Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes covered. Then mix together until the mixture is homogeneous.
  • Divide the chocolate mixture among the popsicle molds.
  • Freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. Once the popsicles are completely frozen, remove them from the molds, dip them in some melted chocolate, and top with chopped hazelnuts. Place the popsicles on a tray in the freezer for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
