Ice Cream with Strawberries, Raspberries, Greek Thyme Honey and Almonds

Enjoy summer’s simple pleasures. Vanilla, peach or strawberry ice cream would all be wonderful dished up this way.


  • 2 scoops of ice cream per person
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered depending on their size
  • 1 pint of red, black or golden raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon almonds chopped or slivered per serving


Time: 5 minutes
Yield: 4
  • Use a scoop to dish the ice cream. Add a handful of berries. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with the almonds.
