- 2 scoops of ice cream per person
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved or quartered depending on their size
- 1 pint of red, black or golden raspberries
- 1 tablespoon almonds chopped or slivered per serving

- Use a scoop to dish the ice cream. Add a handful of berries. Drizzle with honey. Garnish with the almonds.
