Paloma

The typical version of this cocktail calls for tequila and grapefruit soda. Ours is a bit more elaborately concocted. You will find it refreshing and quite irresistible in this heat.

Ingredients:

  • Esprit du Sel Fleur de Sel Esprit du Sel Fleur de Sel
  • 6 oz tequila
  • 1 ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp A L’Olivier Lemon Grapefruit fruit Pulp Vinegar A L'Olivier Lemon Grapefruit Fruit Vinegar
  • ½ oz simple syrup or agave syrup
  • 2 oz grapefruit sparkling water
  • Grapefruit or lime wedges

Preparation:

Yield: 1 serving
  • Run a wedge of lime or grapefruit around the rim of the glass. Dip the outside of the rim in salt.
  • In a cocktail shaker combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, vinegar, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Top off with grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge.
