- 6 oz tequila
- 1 ½ oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
- ½ oz simple syrup or agave syrup
- 2 oz grapefruit sparkling water
- Grapefruit or lime wedges
Yield: 1 serving
- Run a wedge of lime or grapefruit around the rim of the glass. Dip the outside of the rim in salt.
- In a cocktail shaker combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, vinegar, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well and strain into a glass over ice. Top off with grapefruit soda. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge.
