- 8 tablespoons of Parmigiano Reggiano, freshly shredded
- 4 perfect strawberries

- Place 2 tablespoons of grated cheese for each wafer on the parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until crisp and golden. Allow to cool.
- Wash and hull the berries.
- Slice them vertically and put them on top of wafers.
- Drizzle balsamic over strawberries.
