Make the pasta
- Toss Benedetto Cavalieri Spaghetti in plenty of melted butter with a grinding or two of black pepper. Mound the pasta on a warm platter and top with abundant finely shredded Truffled Pecorino and toss. Serve with a simple green salad and pour a Chianti.
