
Ingredients:
- 8 slices of artisanal bread
- 8 oz. Goat Cheese Log (room temperature)
- 3 peaches, sliced
- ½ cup pitted and halved cherries
- Basil
- Honey
- Sea salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
Preparation:
Time: 20 minutes
Yield: 8 pieces
- Toast each slice of bread.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, halved cherries, olive oil, and Villa Manodori Cherry Balsamic Vinegar together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in basil to taste.
- Spread the goat cheese on each toasted piece of bread. Top with the peach and cherry mixture.
- Garnish with basil, salt, pepper, and honey.
