Peachy Bruschetta with Cherry Balsamic Vinegar

The sweetness of the peaches and cherries, enhanced by the rich drizzle of Villa Manodori Cherry Balsamic Vinegar, blends beautifully with the creamy goat cheese. Each toasted slice of bread serves as the perfect crunchy canvas for the juicy fruit topping.

Yield: 8 pieces
  • Toast each slice of bread.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches, halved cherries, olive oil, and Villa Manodori Cherry Balsamic Vinegar together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in basil to taste.
  • Spread the goat cheese on each toasted piece of bread. Top with the peach and cherry mixture.
  • Garnish with basil, salt, pepper, and honey.
