Saffron Golden Milk

This comforting hot drink, warm with spices, is the perfect antidote to winter’s chill.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of oat milk
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • few strands of saffron
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup or agave (optional)

Preparation:

Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 2

Make the drink

  • Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, over medium-low heat.
  • Bring to a simmer and stir until milk is steaming
  • Pour and enjoy
