Strawberries with Dark Cherry Balsamico and Essenziale Lemon

This sophisticated dessert is courtesy of Chef Massimo Bottura. Its beauty is in its simplicity. It does require the very best quality ingredients.

Ingredients:

1 pint fresh strawberries
2 teaspoons (10 gr) Villa Manodori "Dark Cherry" Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP
1 teaspoon (5 gr) Villa Manodori Essenziale Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons (14 gr) of sifted powdered sugar

Preparation:

Time: 20 mintues

Yield: 2-4 SERVINGS

Wash the strawberries. Place in a shallow serving bowl.
Drizzle Dark Cherry Balsamico and Lemon Essenziale over the berries and macerate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar.
