 Badia a Coltibuono Albereto Extra Virgin Olive Oil IGP: This limited-production oil, pressed immediately after harvest, showcases the rich aromas and flavors of EU Certified Organic Maurino, Frantoio, Pendolino, and Leccio del Corno olives. Its intense green emerald color complements its fresh, grassy scent, highlighted by notes of asparagus and aromatic herbs like tarragon and sage. The taste is clean and intense with a delightful peppery finish. 

 Cavalli Condimento Balsamico, a top-rated balsamic styled after Aceto Tradizionale di Reggio Emilia and aged in wood for three years. It offers a dense, aromatic sweetness with a plummy flavor, crafted from the same grape must as traditional balsamic but with a shorter aging process, making it an exceptional yet more accessible option.
