26 acres of organic olive groves are under cultivation on Roman-era dry stone terraces. Warm, sunny days, cool nights, and fertile soil contribute to oil with an exceptional terroir. The oil is skillfully blended from the château’s olives and 100% organic olives from neighboring groves, using the finest modern extraction methods.
