Sapori di Casa di Claudio Iacoponi is based in Sequals, the town of the boxe legend Primo Carnera, a stone's throw from the Friulian Dolomites National Park. In this context Claudio Iacoponi, a native of the Marche region, and his wife Maria Pia, have started their small production. Started out of passion, the business grew first in the local market, then expanding the market also in the Triveneto area. Sapori di Casa di Claudio Iacoponi has now become a reality also appreciated abroad, thanks above all to the quality of the products and the accuracy of the services offered.
For a good dough it is important to use both durum wheat semolina and soft wheat flour, and to soften the dough using only eggs. Therefore, from the very beginning, their traditional line is made like this, with three simple ingredients. What makes the difference? In addition to careful control of the flour, fresh eggs are shelled at the time of mixing. The result? A light, delicate, quick-to-cook product (2-3 Minutes), which can be combined with any sauce, and which recalls the pasta our grandmothers made on Sundays.
Excellent for foodservice applications. Use in tandem with cream sauces, ragùs, mushrooms, vegetables and seafood.
