Red Pepper Dip
This is a simple delicious dip for crudités, to bind a salad, as an accompaniment to cold roast chicken or to top a baked potato.
Ingredients:
1 cup crème fraîche or sour cream
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation:
Time: 10 minutes
Yield: N/A
Whisk the crème fraîche with the vinegar until the color evens out. Put it in a pretty bowl or a red bell pepper and finish with a sprinkle of salt and a pinch of black pepper.
