- 1 lb strawberries
- 2-4 tablespoons sugar, to taste

- Hull the strawberries and add them to a blender with the sugar. Blend until completely liquid. Then, strain the strawberry juice through a fine mesh sieve 1-2 times until most of the pulp is removed from the juice.
- Fill ¼ of your champagne or coupe glass with the strawberry juice and top with Cipriani Zero Zero Rosegold and strawberries.
