Rossini with Cipriani Zero Zero Rosegold



Time: 10 Minutes
Yield: Serves 6
  • Hull the strawberries and add them to a blender with the sugar. Blend until completely liquid. Then, strain the strawberry juice through a fine mesh sieve 1-2 times until most of the pulp is removed from the juice.
  • Fill ¼ of your champagne or coupe glass with the strawberry juice and top with Cipriani Zero Zero Rosegold and strawberries.
