Spring White Chocolate Fudge

Made with luxurious Amedei White Gocce and enriched with condensed milk, this fudge is easy to prepare and irresistibly smooth and creamy. By simply changing the sprinkles and garnishes, you can customize it to match any occasion or holiday, making it a delightful addition to your festive celebrations.

Yield: Serves 8-10
  • Prepare an 8 inch square baking pan by lining it with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Heat a large skillet over low heat and coat it lightly with oil.
  • Add the white chocolate gocce to the skillet, followed by the condensed milk.
  • Stir the mixture continuously until the chocolate gocce is completely melted.
  • Once melted, remove the skillet from the heat.
  • Transfer the fudge mixture into the lined baking pan, spreading it evenly across the bottom and smoothing out the top.
  • Decorate the top of the fudge with sprinkles for a beautiful spring-themed appearance.
  • Refrigerate the fudge to allow it to cool and set properly for 2 hours.
  • When the fudge is firm, cut it into squares and serve.
