  • Whisk together in a small bowl red wine vinegar and sea salt until the salt dissolves.
  • Whisk in Dijon mustard.
  • Whisk in extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the sauce is completely emulsified.
  • Season with freshly milled black pepper.
