- 11 oz servings of MT Vikos Feta
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)

- In a food processor, add the feta and lemon zest. Pulse until cheeses until they are well combined and have a smooth, whipped consistency.
- With the food processor running, pour in the rosemary olive oil and honey until fully incorporated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with NUbake Phyllo Crisps.
